Kid’s Yoga - Pop Ups - TBA

Kids Yoga helps kids get in touch with their bodies, strengthen and relax their muscles, and develop coordination, focus, and confidence. We will practice kid-style asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing) in a playful, supportive, and safe environment. Through experiential games we introduce the yamas (how to treat others) and the niyamas (how to treat yourself), deepening a child’s sense of respect and awareness. Yoga is universal! 

Thursday's 6p-7p

The Studio Whidbey - Combining the mindfulness of meditation with the physical practice of Vinyasa fluid sequencing to inspire a connection with body, mind, spirit. All levels welcome. $18 drop-in or 10 class passes available for purchase with The Studio Whidbey.

The Studio Whidbey - A class focused in the Hatha tradition, combining meditation with long standing holds. This class is offered to the community for $10 drop-in rate. All levels welcome

Friday's 6p-7p

The Studio Whidbey - A heart centered class, focusing on breath awareness, meditation, strength building and fluidity. Ground yourself during this class. Some yoga experience recommended. $18 drop-in or a 5 class pass for $75.

Saturday's 1030a-12p

Privates take place in your home or at one of the studio’s I currently teach in. Privates are encouraged for new students and experiences yogi’s looking for some focused attention. Classes are designed for you, your physical needs to receive a personalized experience. $65/hour
